Towards Understanding the Retail Sector of India

Issues pertaining the development of Indian retail industry along with customers’ satisfaction and generating revenue from the industry is one of the
burning debate. Studies suggests that highly unorganized retail sector of India is one of the largest retail market of the world deserve serious attention
towards organizing and effective manipulation of resources for the common good. The study advocates a balanced approach to retail and suggests that the
government plays a major role in shaping its future course.
